Pipe Burst in Kitchen

This is a water damage caused by a broken pipe in the kitchen. It affected the kitchen, pantry and dining room on the main floor of this home. All of the affected rooms had carpet inside them. The water migrated to the basement where it affected the ceiling, recessed lighting, and carpet. SERVPRO of Visalia was on site in less than an hour after the call was placed. With specialized equipment and an extra day of drying we were able to save the cupping hardwood floors. This customer also called to let us know "that everyone was great and she could not be more pleased with us."
