Whole House Fire Visalia, CA

Unfortunately, during the Christmas season this customer's home sustained severe fire and smoke damage and required a complete reconstruction. No one was hurt but along with the structure damage, most of the contents were also lost. SERVPRO of Visalia was able to salvage those items that could be cleaned and restored. We also provided service to the customer by completing a detailed inventory of the contents items that could not be saved so the customer and their insurance company could determine the replacement value of these items. The items that were restorable were packed and delivered to our warehouse facility. Every items was examined and cleaned. Once cleaned the items were re-packed and stored several months while the customer’s home was re-built. SERVPRO of Visalia was happy to help preserve what memories these items represent to the customer and their loved ones and at least in part made it “like it never even happened”.
