Spanish Church of God Water Damage
A frozen pipe in the hallway ceiling area of the church school burst during freezing weather. The structure was flooded affecting floors, walls and ceilings. SERVPRO of Visalia responded late at night and extracted the standing water and set up drying equipment sized to promote rapid drying to minimize damage as the potential for mold growth. After several days of drying in place we were able to save most of the affected materials. The school was out of service for a much shorter period of time by drying in place in lieu of demolition & repair and reduces the overall cost of the claim.
